All deliverables are identified along with milestones, interim completion dates and the final solution date whenever possible.

Once we agree on the project parameters, deliverables and dates, we will determine a fixed cost for our services and that cost is exactly what you will pay. We refuse to surprise you with cost overruns or changes to the scope of the project. The only way your costs will vary is if you ask us to perform additional work that is beyond the scope of the project at hand.

You will be assigned a Project Manager who will be the one point of contact between your staff and ours. You’ll receive regular written progress reports so you’ll always know exactly where things stand every step of the way.
